Banana Bread Loaf
This banana bread recipe is simply easy & produces a just-sweet-enough, moist loaf of bread.
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c sour cream
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
First you want to mix together the butter, sugar, & egg. Whip it up good in a medium size bowl!
Then add in the flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon.
Once those are mixed well, add the sour cream, vanilla extract, & bananas.
Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until the inside is cooked.
